I believe the center most gauge is a speedometer. The dial displays only numbers, lacking any identifiable unit of speed. It's probable that speed was measured in kilometers per hour as opposed to miles. 200 kilometers per hour is equivalent to roughly 125 miles per hour which seems as a much more realistic top speed, although unlikely that such a high rate was ever reached.
