I honestly could not tell you what this structure is other than some type of frame. My guess is that it was some type of club house way back when. Or I even might go as far as to speculate it may be a midgets house, as the frame its self would have been a very cramped living quarters for a normal person. But it looks as if it could accommodate a midget quite nicely. The fireplace, and well just about everything where heightened down. So could this be a "small person's" house; who knows (but there's no saying it can't be?)
