A satisfyingly symmetrical satellite building on the grounds of the former Mid-Orange Correctional Facility. While predominantly interiorly empty, the basement of this building housed a sterile cafeteria, where the only debris marring the stainless steel tables and chairs were large flakes of peeling paint which had begun to fall like leaves from the ceiling above.
