One of the more interesting features of this penitentiary were the tunnels which connected the main prison annex with the warden's house, power plant, and women's cell block. Fond memories remain of tunneling to the various buildings while taunting foolish teenagers as they walked the property desperately searching for a way in, wondering how we were able to roam from building to building.
