The surveillance room was flooded with a least five inches of standing water. I managed to find a box of garbage bags which I used to fashion a pair of makeshift waterproof trousers. It's difficult to tell from this picture but many of the monitors were burnt in from displaying the same camera feed 24/7. I wish I took a closer picture of the screen burn in, but changing camera lenses in the middle of a flooded basement didn't seem like such a smart idea.
