This entire building is now in the process of being stripped out, abated, and renovated at which point sometime in the near future, it will exist as an upscale residential building. Supposedly it was to have occupants by 2017, but as of 2019 the building remains unoccupied although partially renovated. Regarding the steam tunnels, I'd say they probably still exist, awaiting to be rediscovered by new tenants.
