None of the buildings had basements, nor was I able to find any traces of there having been steam tunnels despite the fact that a physical plant had been located on the property, but demolished some years prior. Rather, the ground level of all the buildings contained a darkened maze of pipes and utilities, which ran underground in sections but appeared to be direct buried.
